Executive Management Committee
In addition to Patsystems Board of Directors, the Company's day-to-day business operations are managed by the Executive Management Committee. The Executive Management Committee includes the two Executive Directors, David Webber and Martin Thorneycroft, and six key business heads.
David Webber, Chief Executive
David was
appointed chief executive of Patsystems in January 2006. He was formerly
chief executive of AttentiV Systems Group, where his business
leadership saw the company through significant expansion by both organic
growth and acquisition. He led the management buyout, subsequent AIM
flotation of the business and was retained as chief executive when
AttentiV Systems Group plc was acquired by TietoEnator in May 2005.
David, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1989,
holds a BSc (Economics) from the London School of Economics.
Martin Thorneycroft, Group Finance Director
Martin joined Patsystems as finance director in July 2004. He was previously
finance director of Profile Media Group plc. From 1997 to 2000, he was
finance director of McMullens & Sons Ltd, a regional brewer. Martin,
a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants having first
qualified with Ernst and Young in 1986, holds a BCom from Birmingham
University.
Graeme Neilly, Director, Global Account Management
Graeme has over 20 years experience in equity options and exchange traded derivatives. Before joining Patsystems in 2000, he spent 6 years at the London Stock Exchange and 8 years trading financial options on LIFFE. Graeme has overall responsibility for managing growth at Patsystems' global accounts.
Barry White, Regional Director, Asia-Pacific
Barry has over 23 years experience in the futures and options trading industry. Before joining Patsystems in 2006, he worked with a number of exchanges in London and Sydney including ICE, NYSE Euronext and ASX. Before joining Patsystems, he spent five years with ISV Real-time Systems, in sales management. Barry has overall responsibility for growth of business in Asia, and management of our Asian customers.
Sean Barry, Managing Director, Americas
Sean has over 20
years experience in the derivatives trading industry. Before joining
Patsystems, he worked on The Chicago Board of Trade in Fixed Income and
Options markets. He brings extensive knowledge of Risk, and front and
back office operations. He joined Patsystems in 2001 and has been
integral in the US operations covering every aspect of the business in
that time. Sean has responsibility for growing our business in the
Americas and overall client management.
Helen Banton, Global Head of Delivery
Helen has over 20 years delivery and change management experience in IT and the financial services software sector both in the UK and internationally. She has an extensive track record of delivering complex multi-component software solutions through strong leadership and management of multi-disciplined teams across different geographies. Before joining Patsystems in 2010, Helen worked at Tieto Corporation where she was responsible for an international product software business unit. At Patsystems, Helen has overall responsibility for the delivery of quality services and solutions to meet the needs of the business and support future growth.
Paul Murphy, Global Head of Customer Support
Paul joined Patsystems in 2000 and has over 20 years management experience in senior operational support roles. He is responsible for all client service and operations functions globally. Paul has a proven track record and wide range of experience developing, implementing and managing global support functions. Prior to joining Patsystems, Paul was a consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst and Young where he spent 12 years with the outsourcing division.
Lorna Blane, Global Head of Human Resources
Lorna is responsible for the Group HR strategy. Her focus is on ensuring that the best candidates are hired, along with concentrating on developing the skills of staff and retaining those key skills. Prior to joining Patsystems in early 2007, Lorna spent five years as HR Director for Northern Europe at GL TRADE, and before that was the HR Manager for three years at RTSe, a web design consultancy. With a total of more than 9 years in HR in the IT industry, Lorna brings a wealth of people and industry knowledge to Patsystems.
