Company History
Patsystems was founded in 1994 by a team of derivatives traders and IT experts, who recognised that the derivatives industry was moving towards electronic trading and wanted to build systems that would lead the way as traders migrated from the floor.
In 2000, Patsystems floated on the London Stock Exchange. In 2003, Patsystems listed on AIM (Alternative Investment Market).

For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital is 204,431,185. The Company's issued share capital consists of 204,431,185 ordinary shares of 1p each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights attached to any ordinary shares which are held by Patsystems as Trustee of the Patsystems Plc All Employee Share Scheme (“Scheme") is one per share, with a total of 188,934 shares held by the Company under the Scheme.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 204,431,185.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
