We understand the specific support requirements needed to manage a trading system. Patsystems’ support is available through the Global Support Desk (GSD) from 21:00 Sunday through 23:00 Friday, catering for all trading activity globally. Weekend support is covered through pre-arranged request.
Additionally, Patsystems’ Automated Monitoring System (AMS) offers a proactive monitoring service for all Patsystems components. The AMS is an intuitive tool that remotely monitors the Patsystems platform and can be used by customers and by the Patsystems Global Support Desk.
